Kiwi Can Do

Being 100% New Zealand owned and operated, we like to think that we have a bit of the old "Kiwi Can Do" attitude in the way we go about our business.

We want to share our stories with you where our staff have showed the Can Do spirit in order to help our customers out of a pickle. Let's face it, in your type of business, you need a company that go out of their way, when required, to make sure you're as good as you can be for your customers. Take Tony Freeman for instance from our store in New Plymouth. Tony is our evening supervisor and makes sure those late night activities are being taken care of by our staff.

One night, a customer came into the store with a large purchasing requirement for over 200 guests at a major catering function. Tony is also a chef, so armed with his expertise and "Can Do" attitude, he spent over two hours with this customer making sure that they had everything they needed to ensure the success of the function.

One of our customers had this to say about Clive Moase, Self Service Supervisor from Toops Ngauranga. “I have been dealing with Toops in Ngauranga and speaking to Clive on several occasions . He has been helping me with sourcing choc bars, and lollies for conference. He has always been so friendly and helpful and going out of his way to make sure everything I need is sourced for me, even going as far as trying to count lollies in a bag so I could work out how many bags I needed…. All with a happy, and cheerful phone demeanor”.
