Process for placing an email order using the interactive order form
Once the order form has been downloaded and you are ready to enter your order on to the form please make sure you enter your customer number, account name and the date you are placing the order in the space provided at top right hand corner of the form. Please note that your details will filter through onto every page of the order form.

2. Enter the quantity you would like to order in the space provided next to the products you would like to order.
3. We suggest that you save the completed order form for your own records before emailing to us by using the EMAIL ORDER button on the bottom of the form on the last page.
4. On receiving your order you will be sent a confirmation email. Please be aware that this email is automatic and if you fail to receive this you will need to call us on 0800 58 66 77 to ensure that this has been received.
Please note that in most cases we need to receive your email before 12pm the day prior to delivery in order for you to receive your goods. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you should you need further clarification. If you call us on 0800 58 66 77 any of our customer service staff will be happy to assist.
Each promotional period is valid for two weeks. Please note we will not be able to process your order at the promotional prices stated on the order form if we receive your order outside of the valid promotional period on the order form.
